Hello, Everyone and welcome to my little country kitchen. We are going to have some fun times throughout the whole year of 2017 and hopefully many more to come. If you don’t know how to can and preserve food I am here to teach you how to water-bath, pressure can,  as well as dehydrate food.  I plan on starting with the very basics of canning. 

I will include a list of equipment you will need and lots of recipes for you to try.  So come on in, grab yourself a big ol’ mason jar of sweet tea and let’s have a chat.  Oh! And don’t forget to bring a bag of gummy bears with you, because you know I love me some gummy bears!
